As part of our production team, your responsibilities may include:
- Planning, managing, and reviewing production operations to meet performance and quality targets
- Operating, monitoring, and maintaining machines and equipment to ensure smooth and safe production
- Transforming raw materials or semi-finished goods into finished products through hands on production activities
- Setting up, calibrating, and supervising production equipment and processes
- Following production schedules and quality standards while ensuring compliance with HSE requirements
- Troubleshooting issues and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and processes
- Supporting packing and final product handling to ensure readiness for delivery
- Participating in continuous improvement work
