As part of our legal, IP and compliance areas, your responsibilities may include:
- Providing legal advice across a wide range of areas, including corporate law, transactions, antitrust, contracts, energy, maritime and transportation, intellectual property, employment, tax, real estate, and litigation
- Promoting corporate governance and supporting to uphold ethical standards and compliance frameworks
- Advising on regulatory matters to ensure that Hydro’s operations and products meet legal and industry standards
- Managing Hydro’s IP asset portfolio
- Supporting the business in developing IP strategies and in navigating the competitive IP landscape
- Managing legal risks and resolving disputes in a way that protects Hydro’s interests and reputation
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and instructing external counsel to navigate complex legal and regulatory environments.
- Promoting a culture of compliance and ethical behavior throughout the organization.
