Our Hydro extrusion plant in Offenburg produces aluminum profiles on two extrusion lines (P12 and P20) and helps you develop and design your product solution. Functional small profiles weighing no more than 15 g/m and with high-precision tolerances of +/- 0.05 mm are part of our expertise in Offenburg.
In addition, we offer the most common surface treatment for your aluminum profile directly in our own anodizing plant – for a high-quality, dirt-repellent, and corrosion-resistant surface, among other things. We also carry out fabrication with numerous machining options directly in-house. Thanks to the integrated production chain at our site, you benefit from short coordination channels, reliable quality, and many years of expert knowledge in all aspects of aluminum and excellent manufacturing technology.
If you value more sustainable materials, we offer various solutions: With Hydro Low-Carbon Aluminum, you get primary aluminum with lower carbon footprint. With Hydro Recycled Aluminum, we provide you with aluminum with a high recycled content from pre- and post-consumer scrap.
Our environmental product declarations (EPDs) ensure maximum transparency: they make the carbon dioxide emissions of our products transparent and publicly accessible—an important step toward more sustainable product design and supply chains.
